1 teaspoon Ippodo Matcha - Kimmo-no-mukashi
2 teaspoons Lee's Ghee - Maple Baby
- Optional: sift 1 teaspoon of matcha through a tea strainer for extra smoothness
- Add the matcha and ghee to a bowl
- Add a little bit of hot water (ideal temperature is ~80°) and whisk, or blend, vigorously until frothy
- Fill the bowl with desired amount of hot water
- Optional: add maple syrup to sweeten
